“ I honestly dont know where to start. Ive used Rolling In Dough Bakery over the years for different occasions. This particular occasion made me realize there are still amazing businesses like this one out there that put customer service at the forefront of what they do. I ordered a custom cake through their website. Placed the order and pick up date I needed. They called me the next day to verify the order and let me know about a possible oversight on my end. We were able to get it fixed with no issues. The fact that they called to verify instead of assuming that I wanted what I ordered was the first thing that stood out! If it ended here Id still be writing this review. What came next was literally the icing on the cake lol! I picked up my cake and brought it home. Somehow between there and home the cake got damaged. Needless to say I was horrified knowing this was an hour before they closed and they are closed on Sunday and my sons party was on Sunday morning. I called and asked if there was anything I can do? I sent them a picture and based off what they saw they could not fix and would have to redo the cake. Somehow some way they were able to redo the cake and even offered to deliver to me to ensure the cake would not be damaged this time! Keep in mind they did all this out of the kindness of their heart! They delivered the next day in time for my sons party! It was perfect and the cake was delicious as are all their products! Im in a business where I come in contact with many people in a day! I can promise I will tell everyone about them and their amazing creations and above all theyre very hard to find amazing customer service in todays world! “ Rolling in the Dough Bakery made my wedding cake and desserts on 81223. We came in a month or two prior to have a tasting and their staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. They made the tasting so fun and there were so many flavors it was overwhelming but great at the same time to have so many choices. Their team was very accommodating with the colors and decor i wanted on our cake. They made it so easy for me. Our guests LOVED the desserts and cake so much.
